Our Services Includes:
- Repair and replacement of Mac laptop screens and inverter board;
- Replacement and repair of Mac power jack, power board and connector;
- Installation and Repair of all versions of MAC OS X;
- Installation and setup of iPad, iPod, Apple TV, iPhone, MacBook Air, iMac, MacBook, MacBook Pro, PowerBook G4, G5, Scanners, Printers, Airport, External Drives;
- Installation and configuration of Mac software;
- Installation of Hard Drives, Memory, Video Cards and wifi cards;
- Setup Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP to work on the Mac using Boot Camp. This will allow you to run all windows applications on the Mac;
- Troubleshoot any problems with the Apple Mac;
- Installation and setup of any version of the Mac Server. We can setup both Microsoft Windows and Mac Clients
Our Service Rates (in-store):
- Apple Mac diagnostics - £45 (part of repair)
- Mac repair services - £100 (parts not included)
- Basic training and tutorials - £45 per hour
- On site support - £75 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
- Tech advice is free on all Mac equipments and software
All rates take into consideration a 2-hours minimum per on site visit. Remote support rates are dependent on the scope of work. Please call for firm quote, as the rates above are meant to be guidelines and estimates.
